RUDE STAFF, STAY AWAY , Bring exact money or you won't get your change

I am writing this while walking back from the Expresso at WITS

As I am standing in the Queue to order staff are screaming at customers as they don't have change I counted about 30 people who were denied change of between R1 and R15 rands.

If I do a quick calculation 30 customers time not getting change of about R3 is an extra R90 for staff.

When I get to the front I try and order but am shushed and told to wait. Then the lady as expected screams at me for not having eact cash (PS no sign that says exact cash). The manager then lectures me about how difficult it is to go to the bank which is within walking distance of the shop about a 10 minute walk. Finally the gentleman behing me has change to break my R50 note. Once done when I collect my order (Two ****ins which are sitting on the shelf that can be served in two seconds) is placed in a bag on the counter when I go up to collect I once again shouted and told to wait. As I walk to the back of the shop to wait they call and once again shout me.
