Disappointed customer

So what happened at expresso this morning... I bought myself a coffee and a vetkoek with mince, only to discover that the vetkoek tasted like it was made with doughnut dough. I then spoke to the manager and they apperantly called head office and then came back k a few minute ago, saying the head office says that there cannot refund me or they cannot give me something else... I literally just had a bite and gave the vetkoek back and informed them.

What mad me angry was the fact that I go to this store every single day, twice or sometimes three times a day. I feel that it is so wrong for what they did. I'm a paying customer even though their stuff is cheap. That is not a service that was expected.

I am very disappointed in expresso Somerset Mall and will no longer be buying from them.
