POOR SERVICE

So I lost my wallet and a good samarathon handed it in at the Xpresso shop vangate mall and when i went to enquire about it I learned that my wallet was giving to some other guy by the cashier that works there,I have look at the footage and it confirms same exactly 13:00 .I was advised i will receive the footage from the manager as i had R3500 cash and my debit and credit card was in it , no footage and no call from the manager ,I agree i had drop it but due to poor service my wallet was given to the incorrect person from the staff.No call received from the owner of the franchise.Really disgusted .How will I claim my money and cards back ...
