WEDDING DAY DISASTER!

Besides the fact that we were the only non-white race group and therefore treated as if we knew nothing about anything, I stayed at this salon because, as a brides**** to a wedding with two other girls who also needed their hair done as part of the bridal retinue , there was no place else to go on such short notice. We had all shown pictures of what we wanted our hair to look like only to come out after HOURS looking like we walked straight out of a 70's production. Not only that, they had charged us twice as much as the initial quote that they gave us. I left politely to another salon down the road to redo my hair when i was informed of the inflated price they were now charging. Upon calling the owner she was verbally abusive, SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN ON ME NUMEROUSLY, and refused to reimburse me anything at all for the overcharge. Overall this was the WORST experience I have ever had. ******, bad service, bad attitudes, poor hairstyling and an arrogant, rude owner. I would not recommend anyone here.
