RUDE RESPONSE FROM MANAGER

On being told by a friend that Expressions charge only R40 for a child's haircut I phoned 26 August at 2.50pm to make an appointment and confirm that the amount was R40. I spoke to Bernice who confirmed what I was told, that the cut was R40 per child. I arrived with my children at 3.25pm and had their hair cut. On paying I was told the total was R160. (R80 each) I told the gentleman that I was told R40 per child over the phone which he denied telling me prices for children (6yrs old) are R80 each. I paid but was irritated and left.<br> <br> I phoned the following day 27 August at 9.20am and asked to speak to the Manager which happened to be Bernice. I started explaining my story to which she interrupted me telling me that I spoke to her and she told me R80. She definitely did not! I wrote it down as I was making the booking yesterday.<br> <br> All I wanted was an apology and for her to tell me she will make sure her prices are updated and people working for her are also made aware of the pricing. She was rude and abrupt. I will never go back. I have told my friend who told me about Expressions in the first place and she will also not be returning.
