Excellent follow up service

Response time to my complaint was quick, efficient and explained to my understanding. It's obvious that the company does a good job but their communications channels needs to be more varied in order to avoid a problem of this nature again. I have since received good customer service and Im sure going forward as well.I will definitely use Express Treadmill Services again and would recommend them
