1. Owner is not reachable 2. Admin does not have answers 3. Towing employees lie about with which insurance companies they are affiliated with 4. Premise is at a home. It is dirty, dog exrememt every where. 5. Left the vehicle's windows open, all the seats and carpets are damaged due to rain. Expected to pay for storage, but the vehicle got damaged while in storage with them 6. Expected to pay additional for security, but there are no security guards, and no proof of security at the premises.
