bunch ******** and I want my money

I have ordered iphone 11 and they asked me to pay extra R995 for shipping but when I enquire they said I won't be charged I cancel my order and they promised that my refund will be paid 14- 21 days that is passed transaction was done on 27 October and my cancelation request was on 28 October since then no communication whatsoever from them and they blocked me on Instagram and they blue tick on whatsapp I'm so angry because I have saved up for this phone as they looked affordable now I'm sitting here no money and phone I should have known better... 😭
