Wish I could give zero stars

What an absolute horrible experience. I saved the number on their web page and saw they have an official business account on WhatsApp. I decided to send them a message with my inquiry. Sadly, the response I got was, and I quote the direct response; “PLEASE SEND PROPER BUSINESS COMMUNICATION, WHATSAPP IS FOPR LAZY PEOPLE AND YOU ARE NOT ONE OF THEM”. I understand some people have their own way of doing business, but why have an official business WhatsApp account if you don’t intend to use it? To the owner - I would honestly reconsider your first response to your clients. You are extremely rude!!! The owner literally yelled at me when I phoned him to ask who is in charge of their social media accounts.
