Our first interaction with Stanley was very pleasant, they seemed capable, and our 1st deal went exceptionally well.

Our 2nd interaction however was abysmal. The bags were delivered over 2 weeks late, well past our deadline and usage date (aa show) for this special custom order.

Stanley refused to take our calls, whatsapp messages, emails or smoke signals.

On the odd occasion we got vague comms, empty promises were made, and arrangements that were never kept.

Eventually, after keeping on dailing him for 20 minutes, and giving up, he bothered returning my call and swearing at me.

Quality of the bags - fair at the price. Professional? Absolutely not. Great service? Absolutely not. Communication skills? None.

Now, would I try use them again? No. Never. Absolutely not. *** ***
