MISSION IMPOSSIBLE FORCE t/a EXPRESS PRINT

I mostly come on Hello Peter to complain about bad service but for the first time I wish Hello Peter had a 10 STAR RATING because EXPRESS PRINT deserves that. Express Print should definitely change their name to Mission Impossible Printers because they made the impossible happen for our company this week.

We got a last minute job from a very important client, who needed what took 3-5 working days to do -to be done in 24 hours.

Everyone we contacted said getting this job done within 24 hours was impossible...until I found Express Printers - who I am glad decided to accept this mission.

They took on the job and promised to get it done within 24 hours and they stuck to their word.

With constant updates being given by them to us, we were always sure that our job was in progress and that the impossible lead time on 24 hours would be met. Nimble communication via Whatsapp made all the difference as well. This enabled us to also keep our client updated instantly, which made them happy as they needed the item for an important presentation.

We received the go ahead to come pick up our job within a period of 22 hours. so not only did they do the impossible but they did it with time to spare. And the quality of the work was impeccable, the rushed order still received care and attention to details. No quality was compromised and that was the cherry on top for us. We were able to deliver an A grade product within an impossible timeframe - I'm afraid this will give my client ideas that I can deliver the impossible all the time now lol
