*****, theft, false adverti*****t

Express Print SA and Brand Build are **********, *******, lairs, manipulators, ********* and are taking advantage of people.

I put in an order for Canvas printing to Express Print on the 13th of April and was promised delivery the next day, which never happened. I was asked to pay before the job is done, I did and sent proof of payment. I then had to keep following them up for delivery, which took 2 weeks and not the following day as per their promise. Also, upon delivery, not all my photos were printed, and to my surprise it was only prints and not stretched on a board, which is not clarified in their advertising, they show the completed product but provide pricing for only printing, false adverti*****t. I then had to pay more money to stretch these, which I did because I needed it to be finished since it's already started. From the 30th of April, I have since been waiting for my finished order, until today I haven't received it and they don't communicate on what the delay is, every time I make contact they always give me a promise that they will either call me back or they will deliver the following day, which hasn't happened. Now they are not even answering my calls anymore. I even requested a photo to prove that the job was done, but this was never sent. At this point, I am guessing this means that they never intended to deliver my order in the first place.

These ********** need to be exposed and dealt with.
