Fed up

I wish I had seen the reviews here before getting intouch with them. I sent the an email on 20 September enquiring about the price of printing 2 T-shirts. I paid unpon receiving the invoice. My network was poor on that day paid them Twice my mistake. They said the need my designs to be print ready. I asked if they can get a designer to make them print ready. 2 days no response then I get a all caps email (shouting) at me that they have a designer. I asked for my money back and sent them my account details. I am still waiting. It's the 9 November.
