Don't do business with the following Entities: 1. Same Day Printing 2. Express Print 3. Bold Media Branding they are all owned by one guy Stan, he is very rude, and he doesn't respect customers. I asked them to Brand Gift Bags for me, and we agreed on the price, of which I paid Deposit, but I requested to have a sample before, we can start with full production, and I also paid for that sample and the sample was so ugly that I was afraid to show it to my client. Two days later I requested to be refunded because the job I requested was never done to perfection and the agreement, and the message that was send to me was that I will be refunded on the 23 APRIL 2025. Since then, I tried to reach Bongani, and he kept lying to me until on the 28th the phone was answered by a lady who told me that I will be paid on the 29th because of Holiday (I recoded that conversation) the same day (29/04/25) I went to their shop in Rivonia and I met Bongani outside and I asked him when are they going to refund me and he told me that Stan is the one who has to Refund me. I went inside the Shop with him and few minutes later Stan appears from the back, and he started swearing at me. two things that he said to me that made me realize that he undermines customers is. 1. You can go to small claims Court. 2. Get out of my ****en Business that's when I realize that this guy is a ****mer, but he was not aware that I'm recording him. anyone that needs a service from this guy must think twice. those who needs proof they can reach for me.
