Aggressive, ************* and unapproachable

I requested a quotation for a simple, repetitive job. I requested a bank confirmation letter as this is for a company and this is policy. After no response for a couple of days, I contacted Express Print to ask if they could send the bank confirmation. The first question was "what's the amount". I informed the individual of the amount quoted for and was simply told that they do not have to do this. Express print shouted at me that they are not my employee and they will not give me anything for such a small (R750) amount. I responded and asked if he could not have just responded on my e-mail as I wasted my time waiting. The answer I got was that he does not have to respond on every e-mail.... Highly unprofessional company and aggressive towards customers. I find it strange that they do not want to provide such a simple request and suspect that I would not have gotten our order even if we did not have a policy in place. Please watch out for this company. Quick to respond with a quotation, but then treats customers like absolute dirt when a question is asked.
