Needed Passport Urgently. Never Got It.

Needed to renew passport as I was traveling to USA.<br> On Dec 8th 2014 I attempted to apply. However I was told before I could even process anything that my fingerprints were not on the sytem. Seriously I am a South African citizen. So had to redo fingerprints. 3weeks later when I did not hear back I called Home Affairs and was told that my prints were smudged and had to be redone. So I visit Express Passport Services and they basically call me a ****. I call home affairs again and have my mum listen in. She told them that my prints were smudged. By this time I was really angry! Eventually we redo prints. This was mid Jan. I was leaving end of Feb. I keep calling home affairs about my fingerprints and got an array of excuses. I had to leave the country without sorting this out, however I did ask Express Passport Services to use the money I paid for the passport to do my mums. They said they will call back. This was in March. They don't do refunds either. But why should I pay for this? They can keep their service money and give me back the passport fee. There is no passport! I have to reapply for that now at the embassy. I will never use their services again.
