Unfair conditions. Shoe design it's thier not mine

I bought shoes ankle boot at the store in Musina on the 22. 07.2024, at around 04:34:12. I am unable to wear the shoes due to the design the leg does not go in. I only found that out later that day next day I traveled outside town hoping I would come and return the shoes on my return. Today on the 06. 08.2024 I am back in Musina and when I return the shoes I am told they can not refund me due to their 7 days policy which is not fair. I love the shoes but the problem is I can not wear them.

I am told I should exchange for something else I was at the shop for the shoes only and it's not my fault I can not wear them. And the is nothing that interest me in that shop. I saw the shoes on display and I bought them. That's it. This 7 days rule is taking away my right to choose. I just want my money not another item.
