DENIED WITH A REFUND

On the 29th May 2023, I bought Uniform for my kid at Express Stores Burgersfort and unfortunately the other trouser and short did not fit him. I went back to the store on the 1st June 2023 to get a refund but was denied. They cited that they were busy with stock taking and cannot help me and was supposed to get back the following day. I stay far away from town, about 100km and couldn't afford to do that. The then referred me to another store where I experienced a challenge too due to loadshedding. On Saturday, I sent my ****orker with all the items including the receipt to get refund but she was send away. I have the photos of the items and the receipt with me and it was within my right to get the refund as it is stipulated on the slip. Please assist as this could reflect bad on your company.
