This company ruined our wedding party

On Gumtree we found an advert for this company [URL Removed] and decided to hire them to supply a tent, plates, glasses, cutlery, tables and chairs for our wedding party, which were to be delivered before 8 in the morning. They did not arrive and we heard nothing. We called them many times and eventually got through. We were told the truck had been loaded and was on the way, but when it finally arrived at half past one the lady who told us this was on it, so we were clearly **** to. The tent was ready only by two in the afternoon while our guests stood around waiting, unable to have a seat, drink or meal By three o'clock our guests were still washing dishes because they were too dirty to use, and cleaning chairs because they were filthy too! The cutlery was never delivered so we were forced to borrow cutlery for 40 people late on a Sunday afternoon. There was only time for a quick meal and the most abbreviated of ceremonies before the day was done. My 73 year old mother flew in from Holland for this party, which this company turned into a nightmare. Avoid them!
