Express Furniture Potchefstroom

Express Furniture based in the " wandellaan" potchefstroom, my mom bought couches from them, they delivered 1 x broken couch . They promised to replace the couch, after excuses and more excuses they still haven't replace or exchanged the couch , almost 6 months later and yet , no assistance, they do pick up our call nor do they respond to whatsapps. Please do not buy anything from them . As they collect money for clients on broken Furniture!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Very poor service!!!!
