Bad customer service

I visited the store to buy some Russians yesterday around 19h10, I'm very sad with the service I got from the manager/owner. I was on a que to pay he decided to help someone behind me, when I ask why is he doing that, he started shouting, swearing and threatening me and he also try to hit me with a coldrink creat. He was saying I'm from Zimbabwe, he told me about my private parts, how poor I am as a black person. He used FF language against me and he end up not selling it for me. They also push me out of the store because he wanted to bit me when I tell him not to call me bursted.
