TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>One has to be really fustrated to resort to "Hello Peter". This company is extremely inefficient. Their voice recording stipulates that they offer an "Overnight" delivery service . It should actually say "Your parcel will be delivered probably by the 5th day from collection". It is companies like this that tender below market related prices in order to secure the tender but cannot deliver the goods. No pun intended. This freight company is currently a service provider for numerous dealerships in the KZN region to collect and deliver parts. They are never punctual, When you try to trace a waybill, you are transfered to five different consultants , repeating yourself. The list can go on and on .I humbly request that you guys no longer be fooled by these people and rather use service providers like SpeeDees or TimeFreight.
