Bad service

I contacted the company to do a delivery for me. They send a driver who insists on taking the stock for a quote. He removed the stock from my premises with intention to quote. I was then contacted with a price of R50.00/box of which I was not happy. I immediately requested for the stock to be brought back. I was then told it has been taken to another depot almost 200km away. I advised to keep the stock there as I have my own driver who can pick up the stock from the so called depot 200km away and I no longer require their services. I also agreed to pay the cost to move the boxes from my base to the depot mentioned, since they claimed to have already moved it closer to the delivery address. This went on for 2 days. I was informed today the 8th of December that my stock never arrived at the depot mentioned and that it is at another depot about 70km away from me. This was already the late afternoon. We made a special trip to this depot to remove our stock and use another courier service. The staff at the depot refused to release the stock without a payment of R800.00 for the move from my base to there. This is was clearly unacceptable as so many "lies" were already spoken on the actual location of the stock. The staff claim that they cannot go against their "boss", a Mr Umesh Singh and release the boxes to us without that payment of R800.00 The stock was removed for a quote and not a confirmed delivery and then so many "lies" in between. We have clearly lost 5 days on this stock now between Friday and today. We need our stock released to us immediately without any payment being due
