accident Margate 27th May 2020

i have been trying to get hold of somebody from express deliveries since the 27th of May 2020. this is connection with a minor accident with one of their delivery vehicles in Margate. i have left 5 messages for Nash with reception and numerous calls on his cell phone. photo:s were also forwarded to him to no avail. i then got hold of his bosses e/mail address at ***. i also left numerous messages at reception for him to call me. i still have had no reaction from either of them or anyone from that company i find this in bad faith as insurances would probably sort this all out. i phone call would have been greatly accepted as i know his driver did report to him.
