Bad Serves Express Covers Gazina Pretoria
I had a very bad experience at Express Covers in Gazina Pretoria. I had a 9am appointment for a fitment to my bakkie. I arrived at 8h10 and was told to wait about 40mins before they will start with my fitment. By 10 I was still waiting and told by the manager they are busy making the brackets that has to fit on my bakkie. By 11 nothing was done. When I asked on of he fitment guys what is going on he told me the bracket they made was not for the bar I was fitting to my bakkie. I complained to the manager who just said to me "ok" and walked away. I am extremely disappointed in their service. One thing I also pickup sitting waiting was the the manager will greed white customers by hand when they walk in but, the black one he will just great and ask if he can assist.
