Parcel Company dont wanna send me any Proof

Someone send me a parcel when the parcel landed here why did they not scan the parcel then? they was quickly to ask for my money then after I make the payment of R2150 they come with a story and told me that there is money inside the parcel i ask for proof and the woman told me that she cant send me any proof and that i must pay that R5200 so How do I know that there is money inside the parcel why they waited after I paid that R2150 then come with a story? So they say there is money in bout how do I know if it is true? the number is *** my number is *** I even ask for a manger to call me an till now nobody call me
