Public and government services

A courier guy at express courier said to me as a customer that our coloured woman are used to sell our boys for *** and that we are the biggest *****,so this guy never give his name but siad that as a Zulu man he will came to my place and **** me and my daughter cuse coloured woman are good in the bedroom so management of the company must deal with this guy it's the second courier guy who I paid fully to deliver the package the amount was R4280 so if the public and government services people are doing this .I pls asked that government must look in this or I will expose this also on TV.
