October 2024 I saw beautiful ad from for clothing bales in South Africa. I was planning to start a small business of selling clothes since i was not working. Contacted them the send me beauting picture of their items. I aske questions with regards to their items they send me vidoes i was really conviced that i will business as the pitures was on acceptable quality . They telling me that i should pay so i dont missed out on the only 2 bales that was left as their bales are moving so fast. They send me invoice of R4000 and they promised me that in that bale I will be reciving 100 qaulity A grade items. To my suprised items were 60 , secondly am not getting a bale now the items were preselect for me it was now their choice not the bale I paid for.Thirdly items were torned and over worned, contacted them about my dissatisfaction and requesting refund as i was not happy with their items ,I was requested to send pictures of what i have recieved and same people who pack the items for me. I have been contacting them from 6 of November to date. They dont care about their customers they are liers. The disrecpect that i have recived from them is not acceptable. No communication from them i have been following up with them since November 2024 to date. They will just read my massage and not respond to me. I was struggling I borrowed money to make something for my kids and family but they have let me down. Now i am left with the debts because of them. I have all communication from day 1 until today. They dont care about their clients once you give them your money you became a number to them.Dont even try to buy their false advertised items ,they couldnt refund or replace my items as they promised me, I am disappointed with the way they have treated me , am wondering how are they treating other customer. People should be very careful before sending their monies especially if you cant personal go to their shop. False adverti*****t to people.They are base in Gardens, Western Cape. /clothingbalessa. We are in much no 2025 No communication from them I am sure they busy ****ing other people.
