Rude, Disrespectful manageress

I took in ny car for a car wash and asked the guy who normally cleans it to polish ny car with my own polish. Now when u returned to pick it up he told me the manageress Naomi had said i should pay which I had no problem with. Now I go to her n she charges me an extra 60 rands for the polish which mind you was my polish. I asked her to be reasonable about this next thing she tells me I cnt dictate how things should be done even causes a scene and yet the customer should be respected. I asked to see her boss or speak to whoever is in charge an she told me she owns the place so I can go jump. I mean do these people undergo training or they just work. Her attitude was horrible and I will never ever go back there or even tell my friends to go. She has no manners whatsoever. Am annoyed beyond words.
