Very bad business

My name is Lucy makhele my email is *** i loaned money from them because of their reputation from other members.i even signed their contract which stpiulated I pay 1500 for the processing of loan.i paid it.after that they asked me 3500 still for processing a loan.yestarday they sent me a message showing that I am expecting money from my bank.today when I dnt see anything I asked them what'i the matter they told me I had to pop up 2500 more for money to show in my account.i an starting to believe its a****.please help my kids money is finishing because of this people..I have proof and everything.our conversations.
