Be carefull

I would like to bring the following under your attention regarding Express Aluminum: If they say they will call you back, you can forget it. I have spoken to them and several times regarding an accident one of there workers have caused in one of there bakkies, every time they tell me that they will find out and come back to me. They never do. The above-mentioned accident happened on 16/10/2023 in Strubens Valley. I phoned them immediately after the accident, however the receptionist said that someone would call me back as soon as she stepped out of a meeting. 4 hours letter still nothing, and I phoned back, again the receptionist said that someone will call me back. The following morning, I phoned back and spoke to someone that said she must speak to the other directors. She asked for the quote and a photo of the damage. I have sent this to her. After that I heard nothing. In the meantime, I have heard from my insurance that they have contacted Express Aluminum's insurance company. My insurance company have informed me that they do not have any cover for third party insurance. I sent messages to them, witch they have ignored. I have followed up on 09/11/2023 and again I was told that she had to discuss it with the other directors and will come back to me, yet again nothing.

Please be careful with Express Aluminum.
