Bad for business

I had a very bad experience with this Company Expo-roofing-waterproofing and Pools & Renovate..I paid Conrad Ohlsson a lot of money to build a Pool,Wall and paving slabs but the results that were very disappointing.The light in the Pool was not sealed right thank God the light was not working while the kids swimming I don't even want to think about what would have happened to the kids. The Pool needs to be fixed but this man needs to own up to his responsibility and fix his problems , I wouldn't recommend him to anyone because the job he did was bad and our pool could fall apart anytime , there's cracks on the sides of the pool , when we call him to come and see what has been done he sends his second in command .
