In this very scary time of Covid-19 where gyms are probably the he scariest places to visit, I want to applaud You Explosive Functional Fitness for their social presence to help their members cope with this by posting pictures of the steps they are taking to sanitize there venue's and especially posting recipes to help members boost their immune systems.
