Found this company on the internet at http://explorebeyond.co.za/. Arranged a callout to review a poor signal quality with my existing installation. The guys arrived to do the job as agreed, suggested a larger dish, supposedly realigned the dish and left claiming it was fixed. They pushed for payment only hours after job done, in hindsite I should have held off on payment. As soon as the wind blows beyond a breeze the signal quality falls away rendering DSTV useless. I have subsequently requested and attempted to arrange a callout to attend to this poor installation til blue in the face. Every text response is met with lip service and promises to return to my house and attend to the issue but this never happens. Evans, the supposed Sales contact, simply palms the issue off to his *********** technical installation team. This company is starting to look like a *****ed operations. I would suggest that you STAY WELL CLEAR. Not forthcoming with managers, no physical address listed.
