Defective installation
I previously posted that this company does not correct defective workmanship. In fairness to them I must publish an update. They finally sent someone to our house and corrected the defective installation of our Defy cooker hood after repair. After I pointed out that a minor defect remained, they finally sorted this out. I remain hesitant to recommend them but they did finally come to the party

Deficient service
This Johannesburg company repaired our Defy extractor hood late last month. The repair to the extractor appears to have been carried out adequately, but the refitting of the unit was defective: it is insecure and hanging skew. I emailed the company to ask it to remedy the problem but received no response. I then telephoned the number given for the "office manger" and spoke to Mr Lessie Manzi. After I had explained the problem he asked me to WhatsApp what I had told me to his cell phone. I did this. Once again, I have had no response. If my experience is typical, this company should be avoided.

Not EXPERT SKILLS
Do Not use. Magnitron of Microwave replaced, The Microwave worked once after the replacement as technicians tested but never worked afterwards. Off to the workshop the microwave went ---- never to be heard of again. I tried phoning the technician _ he does not answer Phoned *** (office?) They will phone you back but never do.
