**** ALERT!!!

Do not go ahead with any of their listings or send any money to them when you come across them on property/real estate sites or platforms because they are ****MERS.

I was looking into getting a place to rent and came across one of their “listings”. After enquiring and paying the admin fee of a R1000, they required an additional ridiculous amount of close to R10K prior to viewing and moving in, which I did not send. I withdrew my application and as per their policy, they are meant to refund the admin fee but I have tried to contact them countless times and the same ‘Glenn Parker’ responds and continues to promise to send my money back but still after more than two weeks I have not received any money.
