Warning ****mers

After calling out this service on the 19th of March to fix my dishwasher, I was met with disappointment and frustration. The technician charged a call-out fee of R350 and proceeded to diagnose the issue by watching YouTube videos on the spot. They claimed the problem was with a sensor, for which they quoted a R2000 for the replacement part. I agreed to this and paid R1000 upfront.

However, the following day, I was informed that the part was not available from their supplier and they would look for it in s**** machines. Despite multiple follow-up calls, they failed to return promptly or provide a solution. The technician left my dishwasher partially disassembled, with missing *****s and parts strewn about.

Their lack of professionalism, failure to deliver on promises, and apparent lack of expertise in resolving the issue have led me to believe that this service may not be trustworthy. I would caution others against using their services, as my experience left me feeling ****med and dissatisfied.

Seems like a similar with other reviews, multiple requests have been made to return the money and reassemble the machine.
