<div>I agree with Anne S sadly. Initially Joel phoned me back very quickly and came out on a Friday around 12h30. They were assessing my washing machine and dishwasher (an LG and a Bosch) they advised my dishwasher was broken but they could fix the washing machine. They would get the parts that afternoon and bring the machine back on Saturday afternoon. Then they offered me a "nearly brand new dishwasher" (they bought them from Insurance guys who had replaced them in warranty cases) for not a bad price and they would bring that too. I had to pay a hefty deposit but I was running late to take a friend to the Doctor and my phone was in my car for probably 2,5 hours. When I got to it there must have been 10 calls from Joel because I hadn't paid the deposit. I explained to him what had happened and paid the deposit. On the Saturday by 4pm they hadn't turned up. I in turn was messaging them etc but they weren't answering. Then at 7h30pm I got a message saying they didn't get the part. Then on Monday they couldn't get the part.........It was well over a week before they were able to bring the machines. The washing machine worked well but the dishwasher was all scratched and to me look quite used in places and didn't have a cutlery basket (I took mine from the old one), when I opened the door I was getting little electric shocks and Joel advised it was because of the way it was lying during delivery ????? well I fell for it because I desperately wanted to wash my dishes but I told him I am really not keen on it and he will need to swap it. He said you will need to pay the balance and I said Joel, until I am able to check that these are working I am not paying for anything else. So they left and I realised they NEVER came with a bakkie, they were always on foot cos they said the Bakkie broke down, and when they brought the machines back, it was with a very irritated Taxi Driver. Then they spent the whole afternoon phoning because they wanted R 500 for the Taxi Driver. The dishwasher broke very quickly. My neighbour had a quick peek and says there is a water leak and the main motor is broken. I advised Joel and said he needs to replace it. A week went by and he said he can't find a machine??? Another week went by and he said he is in Nigeria attending his uncles funeral. He was supposed to be back last week but I haven't heard from him. I haven't ever received an invoice from them. And I am wondering if SARS know about them or would like to know about them? I eventually replaced the Dishwasher with a new one and when I checked inside old one to see if I left anything in it, it was full of water! Very, very disappointed</div>
