Very unhappy with the service

I needed help with the retrieval of deleted whatsapp messages. Rodney van Rensburg said he will be able to assist. Full payment made June 2018 and still untill today 02-01-2019 I'm waiting for my information. All my calls, whatsapp messages are being ignored. I'm very unhappy with the service
