Xiaomi fan order shows in stock, but there’s no stock

I placed an order for a Xiaomi Mini fan online, on Monday the 20/11/23, the following day i got a call saying the device is not in stock, the guy asked if i would like to wait for delivery day or get a refund, i opted for a refund, but he did not tell me the next steps, he just hanged up, I called their store and tried to explain but they remastered me from call to call, without a resolution, guys all I need is just my money, and we can be civil here, it’s not that complicated.
