POOR POOR SERVICE AND LIES

I went to buy a TV at Expert Stores Greenpoint. I was promised 5-7 working days delivery time. It is now past that time and I am the one who has to follow up. Being told they are waiting for stock.

Yet when I paid they were very quick to take my money. All R18000 of it. I have just been waiting. No communication. Should have ordered from Takealot.
