Great customer service from Expert stores

Just had the best customer service from Expert Stores! I ordered a special promotion, but there was a technical glitch on their website. Not only was I kept up to date with the progress of my order and the query there after. They even gave me the promotion in good faith! I can not remember the last time I received such good service! Can really recommend them!
