Was in the marketing for a new washing machine and was doing some research on a Brand and Model that I have had my eye on for quite some time.

Whilst looking for information on Specifications and Features, I managed to find a really great deal on the list of Suppliers Google outlined (Expert Stores) for the make and model of the machine I was looking for, and decided to reach out to the customer services department via mail on a delivery enquiry I had.

Response time was impeccable and the continued interaction from 1st contact (dealing with the same staff member - *P. M.) with the business really made me feel like they were dealing with a human being and not just another account.
