EXpert Stores: EXceptional customer service!!!

I purchased 2x mobile phones on their website. This was the first time I had heard of this store. Being a skeptic and wary ****s, I decided to call their customer support and all of my concerns were addressed. I had two queries that the operative did not have the answers to, she took down my details and called me back in 6 min with the answers to my concerns as well as supporting facts.

I placed my order online on 02/02/21 at 14h22. Delivery was free and expected delivery was within 5 to 7 days. From experience it normally takes 5 days or so for items purchased from Johannesburg to be delivered to Durban

I received an email on 02 Feb 21 at 14h32 to say that my order was processed and delivery to our Durban Address to be within 5 to 7 days.

0n 03 Feb 21 at 09h48, there was a delivery van at our gate. They were delivering our phones that we had ordered.

The customer EXperience using EXpert Stores far super seeded all EXpectations. I have been buying online from the Blue Dot company for many years, It will " Take A Lot" for a company to super seed the service EXcellence and EXceptional customer service and EXtremely competitive prices of EXpert Stores.
