Worst customer service at Experimax Table Bay Mall

<p>Worst customer experience ever. Bought a headset, it broke after 6 days. Returned and they gave a new one instead of a refund insisting this one will be fine. It broke again. Returned. They blamed supplier and made no contact to inform me. I had to keep following up. Blamed me for the broken headset. When I went to collect it they did not even make eye contact with me and just handed me the broken headset. If they could inform and follow up and even act sorry even if they blamed me for it that would have been fine. But no follow up nothing and then not even eye contact when I was there. Disgusting. Mr manager please act like you care even a little, that's your job!</p>
