Worst Customer Service at Experimax Paarl

We took an Apple Mac Pro Laptop to Experimax Paarl. It was in perfect condition, except the hinge of the Screen was not firm. We paid a sum to have the hinge looked at and for a service to check all working well and No Viruses. I fetched it a day later and it was treated like gold as my daughter does all her work on it. When she opened it later for first time she found the back Screen to be cracked. Experimax Staff , Operations Manager Thomas and Jaco were most unhelpful, they backed themselves with CCTV footage which was edited before shown to us. A forensic expert showed us photos that no service was done even though charged for it. The worst customer service, Management are arrogant & we know 100% that we did not damage our own Laptop. It cost us Thousands to have fixed and Experimax Paarl were disinterested
