Products are poor quality and has no lifespan

I bought a MacBook Pros battery from them just over 6months ago, the battery is faulty. When I take out the charger the MacBook goes off instantly (meaning the battery has no power). The cycle count is of the battery is 52 (meaning the battery is still brand new) and they cannot tell me what the problem is- and now They can’t refund me, or give me a new battery because it’s out of warranty (apparently is only 3 months). Don’t buy from them, your battery is not going to last- and you wont be able to receive a new one, or a refund.
