No communication and late delivery

I purchased a phone online and im really annoyed by the fact that i always have to be the one to follow up, purchased it on the 30th of April 2020 and ive been sending emails and calling the store and none are answered and when i was finally answered i was told my phone was with the courier, an sms was sent by the store to me saying my phone would be delivered but the was no tracking number or the courier name so i can atleast see how far it is.

My main problem is the fact that theres no communication and i also don't understand why the business has an email address but emails are never responded too.

Today marks the 8th day of purchase and i still havent received my phone. I hope i don't have issues with the handset when i eventually receive it because if i do, i will make a great example of your business!
