Great service and expert knowledge

Just want to share my experience with Experimax Canal Walk in Cape Town. I had an issue with my Macbook pro where it would connect to the internet but not to the apple server so none of my apple services worked i.e. Apps couldn't update, couldn't watch Apple TV and it was slowing down my Macbook. At this point I had tried everything, contacting Apple themselves, my internet provider and the iStore and no one was able to help me. I happened to see Experimax today 10 Jan 2020 and went inside and within 20 mins my issue was sorted and my Macbook pro is now working like a dream. I was blown away by the expert knowledge of the engineer on duty and the service I received and they didn't even charge me. These days, nothing is for free, so kudos to the team there for the excellent service and the help, really was much appreciated and next time I will come here first.
