Experimax use cheap parts that break

I warn all customers against using this store. Firstly they quoted me R6999 for the screen replacement. I then spent six hours driving to Canal Walk, standing in queue at WeFix to collect device and drop it at Experimax, where I was again assured of the R6999 price tag. Two days later o reverend a call to say the price has gone up to R7999. No apology and zero discount. I was also told it would be a no name brand screen. I collected it and paid in full a few hours ago. Arrived home and pressed be iPad back into its old cover and the screen cracked under my thumb. Gentle pressure. In store I demonstrated with the other corner which also cracked u set gentle pressure. Not even enough pressure to push the iPad into into original casing. The manager looked aghast... then disappeared with the device and returning to tell me he would not refund me. Even if it was hard pressure these screens do not crack like that. Since Experimax have refused to refund me, I am taking it to my attorney along with a personal damages claim. When I requested a letterhead statement that they would not refund they threatened to call security if I did not exit the store. Absolutely unconscionable and ******** behavior. I have made a video of the pressure crack along with a new crack we made to indicate the delicacy of the **** screen. Make no mistake, this will not go unresolved.
